Ideal for use in kitchen work areas or waitress pickup stations, this warmer features a base that conducts heat from the bottom and an infrared, metal sheathed element to provide even heating across the holding area. A swing-away top provides fast access to the food pans, and the base also features a rail to keep pans from sliding. Additionally, its durable aluminum housing provides added durability in any application.
